User Specific Reports are Introduced
A new feature available in the Knoxville 1.2 release is user specific reports. If you have created a .SRW report in the Report Writer/Forms Designer and want only a specific user to be able to run the report, you can save the file in the following folder: d:\BMA\database\FORMS\REPORTS\module\USER\username (where d: is the mapped drive letter). For example, if the user name is BCR, the database folder is DATA on the O: drive, the module is Administration and the report file is REPORT.SRW, save the file in O:\BMA\DATA\FORMS\REPORTS\AD\USER\BCR. Only the BCR user will have the selection in the USER section on the Reports menu in Administration. If the user currently has the module open he or she will need to close and restart the module to in order to run the report.
